embroidery

Filigree or colored logos

Adornment and enhancement are core functions of embroidery. Whether as a simple monogram or as an elaborate, colorful embroidered motif, whether glossy, matt or metallically iridescent, they are always an important creative design element and attract the attention of the viewer.

We only use boil and chlorine resistant yarns from AMANN (ISACORD) or POLY-SOFT. Up to 12 colors can be implemented per logo.

We mainly find embroidery on our popular bathrobes, felt bags and spa bags.

High- / Low weave

Noticeable refinement

The high/low weaving, also known as relief or jacquard weaving, is basically tone-on-tone and is therefore perfect for finishing multitex terry towels.

This method is discreet and can also be used over a large area if desired. The effect is created by reducing individual loops. The design is influenced by this. The back has a continuous pile.

Colourfast interweaving

Multi-colored towels for large-scale design

Our colourfast (boiling and chlorine resistant) dyed towels are dyed with high-quality ring-spun yarns before they are woven into them. Our “Toskana” and “Coffee” towels are made using this process.

transfer printing

Customized bath slippers and spa bags

Transfer printing is primarily used for our bathing slippers and spa bags.

The subject is printed mirror-inverted onto a carrier and then applied to the textile with heat and pressure, resulting in a very clean and beautiful print image.

Especially in the area of bathing slippers and wellness bags, this process is used for multicolored and complicated designs where the stick is not used.
